For over 15 years, I’ve partnered with local nonprofits to help them raise the funds they need to grow, serve, and make a lasting impact in their communities. From direct mail appeals to brochures, event branding to capital campaigns — each project is thoughtfully designed to align with the organization's mission and fundraising goals. And time after time, those goals have been met — and often exceeded.
Take Leelanau Christian Neighbors (LCN) as an example. This incredible organization supports residents across Leelanau County by providing food and emergency assistance to those in need. In 2017, LCN was ready to expand into a larger, more central location in Lake Leelanau — but they needed financial support to make it happen.
We collaborated on a powerful capital campaign, creating a direct mail piece that clearly communicated the need, inspired generosity, and highlighted the lasting impact of every donation. The response was immediate and generous. LCN not only raised enough to purchase the new building — but also funded renovations and secured the surrounding land, all mortgage-free.
Since then, LCN has continued to grow — expanding their services and programs to meet the needs of the community like never before.
